We process personal data only in so far as this is necessary to provide our services and operate this website. In doing so we comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form on this website, we process the following details:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Telephone number (optional)
• Type of enquiry and your message

Purpose: processing and answering your enquiry, and where applicable initiating and carrying out a contract.

Recipients: the details are sent by email to our address info@alazmeh-klima.ch. You additionally receive an automatic acknowledgement at the email address you provided. No storage in a database on the web server takes place.

Retention: enquiries are kept for as long as is necessary to deal with them. If a contract results, the statutory retention periods apply (generally ten years for business records).

Spam protection: the form contains a hidden field that humans do not fill in. No additional personal data is collected by this.

4. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact us directly, we process the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry.

For contact via WhatsApp, the data protection terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms additionally apply. Data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU. If you would prefer to avoid this, please use the phone, email or the contact form.

5. Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data transmitted by your browser:

• IP address of the device accessing the site
• Date and time of access
• Page or file requested
• Browser type, browser version and operating system
• Referrer URL (the page visited previously)

This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website and the prevention of misuse. It is not combined with other data sources and is not evaluated on a personal basis.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. The provider processes the data arising from operation as a processor on our behalf. Further information can be found in Hostinger’s privacy policy.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools such as Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel or comparable services. No profiling takes place. For this reason no cookie banner is required.

8. Third-party services

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

Google Maps

On the contact page we embed a Google Maps map so that you can find our location. When the map loads, a connection to Google servers is established and your IP address is transmitted; transfer to the USA cannot be excluded here either. Google may set cookies in this context. If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate the visit with your account.

The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. Data transmitted between your browser and our server – in particular the details from the contact form – is therefore protected against unauthorised access. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised processing.
